In Nawalparasi, Nepal, the Upadan Collection Center, in collaboration with the Tharu Milan Kendra Nepal, has been actively distributing school uniforms and educational materials to underprivileged and bright students attending community schools in West Nawalparasi.
Most recently, on July 11, 2025, 43 students at Janata Adharbhut Vidyalaya in Sarawal 2, Dagiya, received these essential supplies.
During the distribution ceremony, Nisha Yogi, the chief guest and a donor from the Upadan Collection Center, stated that the aim of this initiative is to provide support, however small, to students, as they are the future of the nation.
Radheshyam Chaudhary, a member of both the Tharu Milan Kendra Nepal and the Upadan Collection Center, and also the Former Presidentof Sarawal Rural Municipality, affirmed that the organization is committed to continuing its program of distributing uniforms and educational materials to students from poor and marginalized communities in community schools.
Devanand Singh Faujdar, coordinator of the Tharu Milan Kendra, also emphasized that the center undertakes such activities to assist the children from disadvantaged backgrounds with their studies.
The organizations had previously distributed similar aid to students at Shree Saraswati Primary School in Sarawal-1, Patharahiya. The center has announced plans to extend this distribution program to students in other community schools as well.
